Wondering what the best practices are for each season?
You probably know it’s important to know your unique dosha (constitution) in ayurveda but each season of the year has a particular attribute (energy or element) that correlates with the doshas.
Ayurveda is amazing in this way.
Winter, for example, is all about Vata…dry rough, cold, windy…you get the picture. During the months of winter, no matter your primary dosha, vata can become easily aggravated in the body as the air is colder and dryer among other things.
That’s where the seasonal guides come in.
They are simply tip sheets of the season’s “best-practices” to keep you healthy, in balance and functioning at optimal levels.
